Having a Cockshell would be good defensively.Busslinger and Cockshell are Defenders, King is more a Ruck than Forward atm

There is that, or you trade up or down the order to meet needs. But ultimately all things being equal with an early pick you take best available every day of the week. You know the club can trade future draft picks so we could trade into 2021 after N. Daicos or we could trade for an established player.
Is Trav still around at the clubLooks good. someone's got to work on his kicking though.

Should get him in for kicking and metaphors. Is Trav still around at the club![]()
And how not to bend the club over in contract negotiationsShould get him in for kicking and metaphors.
I honestly think this is why we have selected 2 key forwards in the mid-season draft. Due to the Daicos bid, we will likely be in serious debt and I can see why we selected Aiden Begg. For this reason, I think we might have a few swings now and see what pays off, and maybe go looking again in 2023.
We can't. You need a pick in every round to do that, unless we get a 2nd and a 4th round in 2022 with that deal.
Given Hine said he'll only be using 3-4 picks in this draft, I can't see us trafing the 1st rounder out.
Who you thinking of? Logan McDonald would be a great getI honestly think we're going to finish mid-table+ if we get a good run with injuries
I think the only way we're going to get access to drafting high-end KP prospects is if we
i) move up before the draft using our 2023rd first
ii) Move up if there's a slider using whatever picks are available
I'd prefer us to focus on a KPF that's been drafted in the past 2 couple years and go hard at trading them in using our 2022/23 picks
I still think we also need to be developing another gun KPD
Anyone who shows the ability to perform consistentlyWho you thinking of? Logan McDonald would be a great get
We aren't finishing mid table. Our forwardline sucks.
Have to get it there. Arguably based on stats our midfield is worse. We are last for inside 50’s. is that system or talent? Combination of both I’d argueWe aren't finishing mid table. Our forwardline sucks.
Improve the midfield and automatically improve the forward line as the ball is delivered quicker/more accurately giving opportunities for leading players to mark out in front rather than wrestling with an opponent.Have to get it there. They are both issues.FWD>MID without including Cameron we’ve got 3 25+ goal kickers (Mihocek, Elliott and WHE) in the forward mix and realistically only need a spike from Henry or improvements in our ball movement/ clearance work to have a good forward mix. The real problem is our complete lack of depth through the middle most likely exacerbated by a lengthy absence from JDG at the very least.
They are both issues.
For mine they at least have some youth coming through or recently drafted for midfield, Bianca Poulter Macrea Daicos x 2 even Quayner and Maynard are likely mids if given opportunit.
