Who's Ryan Crowley going to? With a departed midfield, you would think he would go to Luke Shuey as he did last year, but he will go to Shannon Hurn. Shannon Hurn has had his trouble with shrugging the tags, but he needs to stay aggressive as we need he's penetrating kicks.
Who's going to step up with all the injuries we have sustained? Number 2, number 2 and number 2 is all i have to say. Before his knee reco, he was ready to play in the middle as he had a terrific preseason. 13 months since his injury, Lecras has come back better then ever! Re-capturing his form from 2010-2011, he's legs look good and with the key midfield absences, i strongly believe he will play in the midfield tonight.
Eric Mackenzie: Will go to Pavlich early and must not let him get on the board in the 1st term. Mackenzie got absolutely hammered last year, 8 goals kicked on him, can't afford that to happen again.
So who are we tagging? Fyfe, Mundy and either Pearce/Duffield. Fyfe and Mundy are the ones we have to monitor we restrict those two, their outside run will not exist. I wouldn't tag Hill, if we can stop them from getting clearnces we should be fine. Danyle Pearce and Paul Duffield, are two we also have to watch as they will give a lot of run off half back, i have suspicion Pearce will go to Gaff though.
Kicking into the 50!: We have to get long, nice and long! Dawson will have zero hope in a 1 on 1, minus Sandilands we must take advantage of getting deep into our 50, and giving our key forwards a chance.
Also where is Sam Butler and Patrick Mccginity? Butler is better than Smith, also Brad Dick surley must of gotten the nod over Hams?!
Getting a good start is huge!, taking their crowd out of it early. If we can score over 100 points we will win!
