Hadn't been to the kf for ages, but had an urge from nowhere for some of the greasy stuff tonight.
I was mildly surprised that a large zinger bacon and cheese meal is now over the $10 mark. I didn't mind too much since i was in such great anticipation for my heart attack pack and it'd been a while.

Gotta say though, slightly disappointing. The centrepiece of the burger has gone down in size by a fair margin. (probably not a bad thing health wise)
I remember the glory days (pre 2009) of the zinger burger having all kinds of crazy tentacles branching off from the main hub of chicken, but what i got was a small well rounded morsel with no beastly features to be seen. Even lacked some of the zing of it's earlier siblings which was unfortunate.

But I did still get the same feeling of 'it was good at the time, but i really don't feel that crash hot now' afterwards though, so they're still doing something right.

I've had a taste of a couple of them. The Cookies & Cream one and the Mango/Berry Fruit crush.

The Cookies & Cream one is really good. Tastes' like you're drinking an ice cream.

The Mango/Berry one was nice but was very sweet and a bit too syrupy tasting.

They're a pretty good price considering KFC too. $3.95.

Not sure how that gives you bias. Most part time workers are the opposite.
