Yeah that was me.
Weak as piss hey.
And bagging the team at every opportunity under the safety of an anonymous name on a web site and then bringing up a 26 year career of following the tigers as justification isn't ???
Chill out - everyone here is protected by the beauty of being not known other than by a usename on a website.
All I did was point out negativity posted on this board. Something which the culprits are now boasting about and saying they make no apologies for. Don't be so precious.
So don't whinge and bitch when your thoughts are relayed to a wider audience. However i must say no posts were quoted so nothing to get to upset about.
Congratulations Richmond for a great win. Now lets carry this exciting form on to the coming weeks.

You know what ?And bagging the team at every opportunity under the safety of an anonymous name on a web site and then bringing up a 26 year career of following the tigers as justification isn't ???
... In our school , we were the richmond heartland , 9 outof 10 kids barracked for Richmond , Tiger jumpers everywhere , we were Richmonds zone .
.. i remember our Grade 6 teacher Miss Symes actually seperating us we gave her the schits that much banging on about it ..... LMAO @ us having a club ... it was the "Good Kid Club" ... if you didn`t barrack for Richmond ? .... you werent in .Log in to remove this Banner Ad

Don`t take this personally Peej , i don`t know you in the real world so i can only go on what i see and read on these boards .... so this is how i will judge you ... sure your a lovely bloke in the flesh .
But i am going to give you whats for when it comes to your comments Visa-v Bojangles .
I grew up in Melbournes east in the early 70`s ... in and around the Vermont/Vermont sth district .... attended Forest hill Primary school in 1974 where i commenced Preppies ... still got the photo actually ... next to me in that photo is none other than Bojangles 17 ... LMAO @ him having hair in that photo ... it`s been that long since he lost it ....
F..kin great time to grow up ... how simple was life back then ? ... We used to walk miles to school without fear of paedophiles and sickos ... we kicked the footy around the school yard before school , we kicked it at lunch time and swapped footy cards ... we kicked the footy after school , we had dinner , and sometimes we would even duck out in the dark after tea and kicked the footy under the street light in the bowl of the court ...
The tigers back in that era hey ? ... thats why we are all still here hey... In our school , we were the richmond heartland , 9 outof 10 kids barracked for Richmond , Tiger jumpers everywhere , we were Richmonds zone .
1980 ... remember it like it was yesterday ... Bojangles and i Danced around the Livingstone Primary school yard for weeks , we made any kid who didn`t go for the tiges life hell.. i remember our Grade 6 teacher Miss Symes actually seperating us we gave her the schits that much banging on about it ..... LMAO @ us having a club ... it was the "Good Kid Club" ... if you didn`t barrack for Richmond ? .... you werent in .
It was about the following year when we hit high school our mums deamed us old enough to trek off to the footy on our own . One of the first ever experiences i remember at the footy with Bo was that famous game against the bombers when we kicked something like 9 goals to blot in the last quarter against the bombers ... never forget KB on Fire kicking 7 ... its when i recall stories like this i actually feel sorry for the younger tiger Bretheren .. At least us older folk have some cherished memories of success and ruthlessness to hold onto , i often wonder what makes you guys tick ?
We saw Bomber James out at Waverly with a mere handfull of games under his belt kick 4 in a quarter and a bit and look every bit the star until one David Cloke ran off the bench and knocked his head into the next millenium ... was never the same player after that , we should have let him stay in Sydney .
We were there the day of that famous footage of Tony Jewell going bananas in the old coaches box at the "G" as he watched us blow a 47 point lead at the 21 minute mark of the third quarter against the Swans
We , on many many occasions , witnessed the brilliance of the best player i ever saw in a Richmond guernsey , that being Maurice "The Wizard" Rioli .
We saw "The Flea" dish it out ... Paul Salmon and Shane Kerrison being the best standouts ... we saw him cop it too , we saw him as the last bastion of true tiger before the shytness rolled in .
We were there through the darkest years in our history , we rattled cans , we turned up ... we saw the Kangaroos kick 13 against us in an opening quarter
We were there for the turn around ... i will never forget our un-bridled joy as the 95 season unfolded . The Semi against the bombers . Who who was there will ever forget that ? ... Bo and i went to leave after belting the song out what seemed like a dozen times .. i turned to him and said "Sit down Bo ... lets savour this" ... and we did for another ten minutes or so ... will never forget that moment .
For the next ten years we have stuck by them ... watched as our frustrations grew every year Tony Jewell like ... Such is Bojangles passion , he was even at Subi last week to witness a rare sterling victory against the Shockers .
I have seen him for years on end .. cop reems of schit from all our bomber and hawk mates , every year he comes up with arguements about how we are going to to be a better side than them .. i have laughed as he has routinely pulled on the rose coloured glasses out and built a case for our re-birth as a power ... if you actually read his posts on a regular basis Peejay you would actually see that 90% of his posting is of a positive nature
Point of all this you ask ? ... i am attempting to paint a picture for those of you who have bothered to read this diatribe ... a picture of a bloke who is the picture of tiger loyalty ... You want to scoff at 26 years Peejay ???? .. you want to have a good look at yourself and what you are doing .. i take great umbrage at your ill-informed opinon and the medium you chose to air it .... i even question your fitness to remain a "Mod" on this board (FWIW)
This post is about loyalty ... loyalty to mate whom i have known for a lifetime ... and will continue to do so ... loyalty from the old school is in a lot ways , all this club has left ... we , with a football club that has worst record in the modern era by far , are the ones that have kept the fires burning and kept the true tiger heart beating .
You wanna Tee-off Peejay .. you better think again
If there is one person who posts on this board who is qualified to give an opinion whether it be positive or negative on the future and direction of the Richmond Football Club its Bojangles
Very f..kin poor form

Even though i am curently in Buenos aires i feel i have to respond to this.
I appreciate Bonjangles history (and yours) with supporting the club. How can i appeciate it because from what you have told me i am approx 8-9 years older than you, grew up in a essendon stronghold (Moonee Ponds) where being a tiger supporter was one in a hundred and was also at all the games you have mentioned above plus a few more years of going. 1980 was my first year at Uni - i was at the 72 73 and 74 grand finals But this is not about whose dick is bigger.
It´s about what is said on this forum and me voicing an opinion - man i can tell you all to streak across the G on grand final day, it don´t mean shit just like what i said that night - wonder how many here actually herad it and maybe how many may have detected the half jocular way is was said and also how much i spoke about Bowden and the Barry hall incident.
Loyality to your mate i can appeciate just like i can appeciate loyalty to our club and maybe slagging off at them as often as happens on this board. ( but hey that is your right)
As most things in life its all about context.
