Long suspected, now finally confirmed via Twitter, Khawaja and Hauritz are off to join the Bulls on two year deals.

Will NSW be able to cope with this exodus?

And will either be able to strengthen their case to play for Australia?

Strange....with Katich and Jaques going, you wouldn't think NSW had an over supply of batsmen. Hughes and Khawaja would have got regular gigs in the top order no question, while still leaving room for youngsters like Maddison...

Also hope Ussie can kick on up there.

All a result of having a heap more players on the books. Side is going to look a bit different now though. Hopefully Steve Smith at least stays

Heard that QLD, SA, TAS and WA were offerring Big Bash contracts as an incentive whilst NSW and VIC are unable to do so.

Did he play any 1 day internationals or tests while playing for Queensland, or were they after he got his baggy blue cap
He made his test debut in 2004 whilst with Queensland. Also first played in ODIs whilst at QLD.

Did become a regular a few years after moving to NSW but that also coincided with the retirements of Warne, MacGill and Hogg.

Mass exodus at NSW. Would be pissed if I was a NSW fan.

We don't have any good keepers apart from Wade who will be playing for Australia. Carters hasn't done much (though I haven't seen much of him) and Handscombe can't keep. Wouldn't be the worst move.

Haddin is battling with Wade for a spot in the national side anyway - why would he move to Victoria and continue to live in Wade's shadow. Richie is shaking his head at this proposterous hypothesis.

Ha sorry I was just joking trying to scare dan warna. In seriousness though I was thinking about who was actually going to keep for the Vics with Wade now pretty much in the Australian side now.

Hughes to SA? The road? The batsmens paradise? This will only inflate his numbers even more locking him in for 2013 Australian side only to flop ... again. Unless SA have hired some gun batting coaches this will blow up in everyone's face.
