so is it worth the money?

i need to know because i can only buy 2 of Skate II, RE5, Madworld and KZ2

and on headsets, can you get blutooth/wireless or do they have to be wired into the ps3?

Yes, definitely worth the money, especially if you can get 2 of those games you listed.

You can use a bluetooth headset.

it was only once every 5 or so games but it always tended to happen on my HUGE ones

and also i'll be on sunday night...but i don't know if i'll use my headset until my sickness goes away

I learnt something awesome today. With squads, each squad has their own channel so they can only hear each other on the headsets.

ps3 froze once...came back on...played another game then left

i need to go have a sleep but then i won't be able to sleep tonight and will be playing killzone til bloody 4:30am again..


and yeh multiplayer is awesome once you get the gist of what is going on

and only a couple of the maps are too big....if there is no tactician placing spawn points i get so freakon pissed though (on any map)

pyrrus rise is definitely the worst map imaginable. (the big sandy one)

Apparently the controls have been tweaked slightly, many have said that the controls are better than before, apparently it is more significant on the Campaign though.

Definetly worth the money, if I were you I'd pick up K2 and either RE5 or Madworld.

Any headset should work, some need to be paired with the PS3 though, and you can do that in the 'Accessory settings' in the XMB.

My KD ratio is slipping. I'm now 36 kills behind.

It's annoying having to continually play against people ranked the same or higher than you.

yeh this is definitely a tough game to keep the deaths down in...

obviously the more we all play the better we'll get and the less we'll die.
but i know with the way i play i'll always have relatively high deaths on this game.

i play it too similar to how i play cod4 and it just doesn't work the same. (so many more people and such worse handling)


also i'll def be on playing some multiplayer after the footy.

had a MUCH needed nap too before (which cut into the footy as i slept through my alarm...oops)
was just so sickly tired before i don't even know how i was still having positive k/d games!

I went behind by about 10 today, just had one shocking round where I just kept dying, was using the wrong tactics and weapons at times and just couldn't get any consistency, apart from that though I have had 1-2 plus Kills over my deaths in the majority of my matches, I have never been one to care for deaths in online though(I blame R:FoM for this as it didn't count deaths in CTF games, so I just ran into everything head first, was still very good at it though), so I am still getting used to just holding back a bit.

The aiming felt alot better earlier when I was playing, felt alot cleaner and far smoother than what it was, really allows for the twitch shot.

So far I have been changing up between the Shotty and the SMG in my games with relative success, often do it while playing if I feel it is more of a long range game as opposed to the short game of a Shotty, also got the medic badge, really like it, although only have the original 2 weapons is a bit annoying so I will use the badge sparingly for now.

Only two clan members have a KD ratio of over 1:1 (caMo and Strike_Swiftly).

I managed to get a 18+ game before which helped. I'm now 16 under.

I always manage to do well in Blood Gracht.

Edit - Kerrby is almost 1:2, that's a lot of catching up.

I had my first freeze before (i was +5 as well). Still no d/c's.

yeh that's my main problem too

and i'm too stubborn to change my style coz i don't wanna lose my run and gun mojo which might even get a tiny bit better since it's so much harder to avoid deaths in this game

oh well...still have like 1200 more kills than deaths so i must be doing something right.

i just got off the phone then which i was on since pretty much the start of the round and it's 3-3 but i will join back in a sec

hbk outscored me last game the piece of shit and ripping it up in this one (so far on 47 kills 24 deaths current game)
