The fact the photo was taken without calling Cheryl in from the bogs or placing each person next to their experimental reality TV show spouse in a regimental fashion suggests that it was.
The fact that someone has taken the time to gather everybody around and take a picture of them all mostly in frame suggests that some level of planning was involved.

Someone already mentioned this so I went back to the first dinner party to see how it went down:

Jonesy enters the dinner party and starts meeting people. One of the twins comes up to him and says 'Hi - I think we used to play on the same netball team.'

The way the show is portraying it now is like they are BFFs. One of twins will be like 'Jonesy - I know you and I know you're an amazing person' etc.
i remember that so well. if you played on the same team (i assume for more than a few games) one assumes that you know them and recognise without any doubt. something stinks

Way to downplay actual domestic abuse you cretin.

Caught the last couple of episodes, Anthony and Andrew the two main villains, Jessie seems pretty clueless maybe he's just hoping against hope, that Slovakian actor thing he did was agonizing, don't reckon Cheryl is in it for the right reasons either though, in saying that the way Andrew has handled it has been pretty pathetic the guy is 38 and still can't take responsibility for himself lol

Absolute trash T.V but it's kept me entertained the last couple episodes I saw.
I said borderline because there are obviously levels, what he did was well short of giving her a smack but its pretty well known that his behavior is a small step away from that, add in the enabling the boys around him provided and voila.

If you saw a mate speaking to his missus that way would you be fine with it?

Can you share DJ?
The execs of this show wanted this guy painted as "the most eligible bachelor" when in fact he has been a cockmaster from the day he was born.

He is also trying to sue.

Listen mate, you said all that shit. LOLOLOLOL! Have fun wasting money!

One of the most hated men in Australia atm.
If the execs truly twisted his words into saying that stuff, then he could sue.

However, the post producers actually had to do the opposite. The episode when he and Cheryl came back, they had to juice every single nice thing he said to make him seem nice. Once they decided to show his true colours there were a treasure trove of usable grabs.

I didnt watch the first few eps (or did but was half watching half not). That is telling cause the way they carry on now i assumed they were lifelong mixed netball buddies.

It's hard to accuse the production team when most of his really bad moments have been him conversing with others, not those little interviews they do to the camera where the execs can ask leading questions. He doesn't have a leg to stand on.

It appears to me they selected people for pure controversy value rather than for people to create a lasting relationship. It's either that or the relationship psychologists need to find an other profession with their match ups.

It's kind of funny watching the ads asking people to apply for the show next season. After this season I can't see many people in their right mind signing up.
