Also he has to win the US Open a few times as well to make me Happy I reckon he could pull off the Grand Slam

Great performance. Would have liked Murray to win it as I like his variety more. But give me Nadal over Federer any day of the week. At least Nadal doesn't blam a damn "sore back". How about you take it as a man and just say the better bloke won for once. Federer has got the Serena disease, whenever they lose it is NEVER the opposition playing well.

I prefer Federer's more graceful style, but you have to admire Nadal's deadly forehand and mental strength. The spin he manages to create is superhuman. I don't think Nadal can stay at the top for as long as Fed has because his game is so taxing on his body, but he has to be some sort of show to go past Sampras in terms of Grand Slams.

Are you mental? You have him down for another 8 French Opens and now 5 more at Wimbledon? So you have penciled him in for at least 21 slams? I assume you think he'll win a few more on hard courts as well? 25? Seriously, come on...
The guy can't even last to the end of each calendar season. Why do you think he has never done well at the year end championships? Hell, he hasn't even been able to last until the US Open if we listen to him and his coach. He seems to be injured and/or tired every time he's played there. But yeah, he will be blitzing the rest of the tour in his late 20s and well into his 30s

He only has to win 3 more Wimbledon's to EQUAL Federer. He'll do that comfortably. You can add another 4-5 French Opens easily, and who is to say he won't win a US Open or another Australian Open somewhere along the line. Nadal is a better grass court player than a hard court player.

i think people are overreacting a bit here.I dont think he will beat federers record cause of his chronic knee trouble..however if he was as lucky as fed injurywise, i could have confidently said he would have done better.I think he can finish with 12-14 slam which would be fantastic..and lets hope he can add a few more fed scalps under his belt which will make quality > quantity and he can be the GOAT.

Actually Borg has 6 French Opens to go with his 5 Wimbledons.
I think that's the most French that anyone has won so Nadal is a good bet to go past that.
Sampras has the most Wimbledon with 7.
I think the records for most US and Aussie are 7 too (not entirely sure though).
This is a bit misleading.
Also it sonehow makes out that clay isn't important or something.
Nadal leads 10-2 on clay.
And on these 'neutral' surfaces of which you talk Federer leads 5-4.
Broken down more he leads to 2-1 on grass and they're equal on other surfaces (and how grasss is more neutral than clay I do not know).
But if you look at Federer's wins 6 of the 7 happened in 2007 and before.Nadal was 21 in 2007 so still a kid whilst Federer was in his pomp.
Nadal was clearly learning to play on grass, battled well in 2006 and 2007 Wimbledon finals as a 20/21 year old before beating the master in 2008 as a 22 year old.Surely would have beaten him in 2009 except for the all the injuries and then dominated Wimbledon in 2010 but Federer couldn't make the final.
So let's not try to make out that Federer is somehow dominating him on every other surface.
