Can anyone tell me if another geelong player has kicked more than 6 goals in a game since ablett senior? i know Mensch, bizzall, houlihan, riccardi, graham and burns have all kicked 6 in a game in recent times

No, no one had kicked more than 6 since Ablett last did it in 1996.

The last few 6 goal hauls were by Graham and Steve Johnson.

I think it was mentioned on Ten's broadcast last night that Kingsley kicked six goals in a match sometime during the 2002 season... and that it may have also happened against Essendon, IIRC.

Quote from today's Hun Article FEAR THE KEY FOR KENT :
---
---
"This is the last year of a contract" , "I’ve lived up here(Melbourne)probably against the clubs wishes until now .Its saving me two hours in the car there and back, which is great"
The 25 year old , on the rebound at Geelong after failing to make an impact at the Kangaroo's admits he has not always been focused on football as some, but says the enjoyment factor is paramount in him wanting to become a 10- year player.
---
---
Excuse me for being cynical but after such an excellent effort of straight shooting last night this article made me question a few things:
How much has his performance this year, this week, got to do with his contract coming to an end?
Does the club really worry about where a player resides when our coach doesn’t reside in Geelong or does he suddenly have some motive for now moving to Geelong?
What does he think playing AFL is, if not requiring at supreme focus on football and directed effort at trying to improve and correct faults? Surely not just a highly paid GFL?
Is the two hours saved going to be used to maintain the type of accuracy demonstrated last night. (You know what I mean practice at set shots. This guy should ave. 4 goals a week if he could get 4 from 6)
What is his motive for wanting to become a 10 year player? Is it to give himself time to improve his personal performance? Is it to achieve football targets by playing at the highest level? Is it to help the GFC achieve ultimate success thru his efforts? Is it the enjoyment of playing a team game like football and the camaraderie that comes along with that? Or is it playing long enough to pay for the new bar he’s opened with Scarlo and Kingy and garner all the benefits that come along with playing AFL?

Nothing P’s me off more than wasted talent. One doesnt kick seven against that opposition without talent. One can however be inconsistent with talent thru laxness and a lack of commitment. This guy has got to understand that he has already been thru one club.Hint! Geelong has been trying to get a Key Forward in the time he has been at the club. Hint! They are not convinced he will be here long term. Hint! He will never get another chance to play with such a talented team! Hint!

Get serious KK or you will always wonder how good you could have been !!

did Spinks or Hall ever kick 6 goals in a game? and what about Mitchell White?

Spinks kicked 6 against Hawthorn in 1998.

Derek Hall's best was 5 goals, against Richmond in 1997.

Mitch's best at Geelong was 3 goals.
