PRE - SEASON COMP.


Providing we WIN at Skilled Stadium on Sunday 23rd of Feb. we will then face either Brisbane or Sydney at Bundaberg Rum Stadium (not sure where this is) at a time date to be confirmed, then onto the Semi's. (Not going to work out who we play after that cos' it will only be a guess)

Not a bad draw, i think anyway. We are quite capable of drilling each of these teams and i think we need to go in full strength to this comp, for the Membership factor and team moral factor. If we can make a good go of this comp, then we can go into the Premiership Season believing in our ability.

The back to back premiers in the second match is not a bad draw?

Lets just hope they don't decide to care if they win it or not.

1. You have to start somewhere, and defeating Brisbane will set a good example to the rest that we're here to play.

2. Hell yes i'm hoping they don't decide to win it, but it did take them a bit to actually wind up to being the biggest threat in the league this year, unlike the year before. We will obviously have to be primed for this comp either way and i don't just want to dip out first round!

Agree. In a way drawing a side trying to threepeat is probably a good thing, cos you know that there minds will be firmly on the September action from the word go.
