I don't think we'll get heaps for Stevens - around 40 or equivalent. Colyer has shown a similar amount (although I'd prefer Stevens).

If we could convince him to come to Port.
What would people think of a swap of second round picks?
PA pick 28 > WCE pick 38 & Koby Stevens?

If clubs dick around with the Eagles, they should just come to us, we always do no bullshit trades with the Eagles. He is worth a lot more than the garbage people are talking about.
If we could convince him to come to Port.
Expect him to come back to Vic (Dogs/Bombers) but he'd definitely be open to it. Best mate is at the Power. That deal would be done - but he won't go to Port - he has his heart set on melbourne

That's true. Good trading history.
Thats a Ridiculous request , If a team signs him up ofcours they are going to give him game time but he will never be another Kennedy thats for sure - He wont play half the games Josh kennedy plays neither will he get half the accoladesIf we play, you'll have to go the polar opposite. You agree that he will play 5 games or less and I'll agree that he plays 100 games or more. 2 definitive winners and yes we will bookmark it.
The winner will be showered with praise. The loser will be taunted and booed until my throat is sore![]()
The problem would be we aren't exactly a wasteland for inside mids, he would have to be happy to play a specific role where he might not be that hot on. His opportunity to play would be much greater/easier at other clubs. We were very keen on him in that 09 draft and you can never have too much of a good thing.
I think he is very similar to Kennedy while he was at the Hawks, solid but not outstanding and lacking opportunity. When he matures he has a similar scope to improve significantly imo.
I actually hope we can convince him to stay now that Swift has retired.
Heard last night Stevens > Gumbleton straight swap is being dicussed with potentially a draft pick thrown in by WCE.
Yeah, that would be the best option if he is open to it.
We have offered 48
Fair offer- should get it done
Sure now that there is 6 clubs you will get 38What is there... 6 or so clubs interested in Stevens? and you get pick 48 would get it done LOL.
Pick 48 is what you get when only 1 club is keen and you are going to delist them anyway.
6 of 1 half dozen otherWell according to posters on this board there are 6 clubs, But in melbourne we have heard that essendon and Dogs are looking.Has there been any news on Stevens reported since he asked to be traded?
No mention of a specific club. Have any vic clubs publicly commented on him?
