Kolo was superb. Goals get on the highlights but he laid 2 of the best tackles you will ever see in his own box. Was brilliant all night for us.

Cesc is really developing. Really has improved a fair bit in the last couple of months, seeing his transformation from starlet to owning central midfield is great.

Titi was Titi.

Thanky you Paddy. Another brilliant performance for Arsenal at Highbury.

And to think these doped up jokers actually played him as a right wing-back.

Wenger on Robert Pires' handling of Patrick Vieira...
"If Robert starts to tackle that's a very good sign for Arsenal! I said many times that I think Robert has a chance to play for the French national team. I think he had a great performance tonight."

That was hilarious. Pires of all players. :D

I loved how after the uncertain start we stepped up a gear. Then for a period in the second half we clicked on the turbos and made Juve look like relegation material. We are so outrageously good to watch when we play like that, though i still can't help myself from screaming for the boys to just bloody shoot sometimes.

All that said i'll be very nervous when we play them in Italy. Wish we'd got the third to kill it.

P.S - How about Buffon being wrong footed by Cesc's "strike" ? He's a marvel but you definately don't need to commit yourself when he's having a crack because 90% of the time he hits it softer than most of his through balls.

Good result for Arsenal. I would like to see them win it if i have to be honest. Good team, playing well in Europe this campaign which is quite surprising. Long way to go in the CL yet, but like Liverpool proved last season, anything can happen.

How was he disappointing?

It was his mesmerising dribbling and defence splitting pass that left Zambrotta, Vieira and Thuram - three defenders who are, or were, world class - for dead as we scored the second goal.

He was terrible.

Defensively he tracked back ok as all of your players did.

But I lost count of how many times he was caught on the ball having dwelled on it for ten minutes. Several times his own selfishness or lack of decisiveness thrawted promising Arsenal attacks.

It doesn't matter anyway DB10, from the short time I've been on here I've figured you're one of those types who ridiculously overrates your teams players.

So, if it makes you happy.

He is a gun and had a blinder.

What was I thinking?

Obviously you've missed the amount of bollockings I've given them this season, then. The only ones who I haven't outwardly criticised this season have been Kolo, Manu and Cesc. I have said numerous times this season that several players have been letting us down ... less than week ago I disagreed with your overrating of Ljungberg and said he was average. Not that I particularly care what you think of me either way.

But yes. Hleb is a gun and makes me more than happy that he is playing well after having a difficult few months with injuries and other assorted crap.

Yeah DB10 is constantly crapping on about how good we are. Actually he has improved with our good form, keep it up.

Lamps I notice you barrack for the Pistons, Brisbane Lions and Chelsea, thats a whole lot of bandwagon to be on.
