If the rest of the team isn't playing up to scratch, or if they're dispirited... where does that leave a Cooney or a Riewoldt. Do they soldier on and try and make an effort or drop their heads because they have lost all confidence in their team mates? One of them alone wouldn't be able to do squat if the rest of our team are better off being sacks of hay.

Cooney has the advantage of having good player and senior support. So does Riewoldt. Swap them with any of our players this year, how many more games would we have won?

Until they can start believing in themselves and each other, the difference won't be massive IMO.
