I reckon we should ask him to nominate for the national draft. I still think GWS would hesitate to use 12 or 14 on them. If they pick him with that then that increases our chance of getting a better young kid with pick 23.

I agree but also part of me thinks gws may still take him
Because theyl think they have enough young kids and are uikely to get anyone with kurts talent at 12 or 14

At the end of the day if GWS forces Tippett to play for them when he doesn't want to then good luck to them. I know I wouldn't want anyone (no matter how good they were) to play for the Swans if they weren't 100% committed.

Agree, we either get him or we make our pick worth one better than it was

Don't overstate "doesn't want to play for then"

He'd get over that pretty quickly, just like any draftee

You mis-read, I said GWS would be silly to pick up a player who doesn't even want to play for them. But I get your point :p:thumbsu:

RE: the Cup, just cover the field to place and double up on the top 4 favourites. Works every time........

KT hasn't even spoke to them...all GWS are doing to very publically saying come and take a look at us...But as John Ralph mentioned yesterday..KT wants to be a swan and nothing else...so let them and if they pick him with him not wanting to be there then good luck to them....as his heart wont be in it
