In this case the threshold is Wisconsin's self defence laws. If the jury finds him guilty then the jury determined it wasn't self defence, if acquitted they determined it was.

It's pretty simple but you need to insert race and politics into it when neither are at play in this case

For one I doubt CNN, MSNBC etc will be rushing to book him even though they have done just as much to promote the trial.

I've already asked Achy Blakey Heart twice for a source on supposed rumblings that BLM or whoever is threatening jurors, coz I've searched and I can't find anything.

Kyle Rittenhouse’s legal team have accused prosecutors of holding back key video footage that is at the heart of their case in a formal push for a mistrial — bringing a late twist in the case as the jury continues it deliberation.

I'm not going to dig back through the tweets. The Prosecution showed video of part of the incident during the trial (and exchanged with the Defence) which was unclear and blurry. They were in possession of a much clearer copy of the said video which was favourable to the Defence. They blamed Defence lawyers for not having iPhones. It's a shitshow.
