In itself a ludicrous law brought in to punish and control poor people. It's a disgusting, barbaric method of sentencing.
Use of that law saw an increase in police injuries and other dangerous behaviour in evading arrest.
Don't even TRY to defend that sh*t.
Not to mention the NT version, which I did an essay on the last time I went to Uni.
It just so happened that all the crimes that were included in three strikes were crimes Aboriginals were more likely to commit.
******* strange coincidence, isn't it?
The sister's boyfriend too, if what I've read is correct.
Sister's boyfriend's house yeah?

The difference in the treatment of Rittenhouse compared to black people accused of murder suggests race might have something to do with this. If not in this actual case, certainly the difference in access to justice between races in the US has been amplified here. You are overly desperate to insert race into something that was between evil white people.
That's quite the convoluted justification for an invented statement on your part.OP was more concerned about who started the interaction between the male BLM protester and the Rittenhouse supporter than the actual issue is that the Male BLM protester was violent toward the female Rittenhouse supporter. It doesn't matter who started what, we dont have enough info to determine that. Violence towards women is not ok. And diverting the conversation to semantics because it fits someone's political agenda, rather than dealing with and acknowledging the real issue, is exactly why we have an issue with FV in our country. Doing so....to deliberately mislead...is a condonement of the perps behaviour and makes you as bad as the perp.

But race is not central to this case and won't/ shouldn't have any bearing on the outcome. It's a side point at best. It is relevant only as to why people were there in the first place. The relevance of the failings of the legal system is a 'whataboutism' isn't it?You are blind to reality.
So white people should be treated worse by the courts or black people better? Or meet halfway? The difference in the treatment of Rittenhouse compared to black people accused of murder suggests race might have something to do with this. That's bait.I tend to agree with Paul Keating that America is no longer a civil society.
Any civil society would condemn these blatant vigilante killings.
It's a racist country where white people get different treatment under the law.
The fact that murdered people in this case can't be referred to as victims confirms this.
The country has no gun control, there's regular school shootings, millions of homeless people, no universal health care and this Rittenhouse kid walking around the court like he owns the place.
You are blind to reality.
Paul Keating said last week that the US is no longer a civil society. That's bait.
He drove across state lines to an anti-racism protest with a loaded gun and killed two protesters, that's the facts.Blind to your reality, certainly.

School children have basic respect and dignity. I'd never trust a BLM, Antifa dredge to look after an animal let alone not to turn into one in a mob setting.
Emblem of gun totin’ purity (a fire fighter, medic and cop rolled into one) defeats paedo BLM leftists.
Yeah race is totes absent from this scene.
It's well on the way to becoming a failed state. It's slowly but surely disintegrating.I tend to agree with Paul Keating that America is no longer a civil society.

Situations like this always involve a broader picture and discussion. It seems important to you. Has no bearing inside the court room or shouldn't.
Oh come on. Personalise it to me rather than face reality.
I keep saying the court room is not the focus of my observations.
