Nearly teared up when Pendles got Ads to put him on his shoulders and chair him off.

Not sure whether Pendles would've even thought to do that a few years ago. Can tell being a dad has changed him and I'm in the same boat.

I wish he could have been on the field right up to the bounce and then run off for a “last second interchange” with one of his heroes replacing him.

But not as much as I wish he could have more time upon this earth; he could for all we know have been the greatest player to ever play the game, and now he’ll never have the chance. I was broken up over it every time they showed him.

I pray for a miracle for his sake, and I’m proud of Collingwood for doing what they did for him today.

Kudos to the Collingwood football club and all it's fans for giving this young fella the week of his life in such horrid circumstances.

Finally good to see the media do a report on the good things football clubs do rather than the gutter trash they focus on., because all of the players and clubs in the AFL do a lot of good stuff. I'm not going to lie a teared up watching all the great things this young guy got to do this week because of the Collingwood football club.

I'm not ashamed to say I teared up when I was watching little Kyron running around the ground yesterday, and the way his dad and mum were trying to be brave for their boy.

Well done to everyone who made this possible at our club; a beautiful if bittersweet moment. Bless you, little Kyron.
