Labor party still causing issues for Morrison govt

When oh when will the Labor party's pernicious influence end??

They've been out of power for many years now, but their decisions are still affecting the lives of ordinary Australians.

The budget being in surplus is such a load of disingenuous crap, we are still in debt, and it's a debt that has skyrocketed under this country under the current government who pretended in opposition that Australia would be the next Greece of it went any higher. If we use our Tones beloved household analogy to look at the budget, they've lifted the cushions from the sofa, and raided the kid's piggy bank for a couple of bob to go out to dinner but still have a big mortgage to pay off.

Abbott tried to address the situation he inherited and instead of being congratulated he was abused by all the usual cockwombles.

The 2014 budget? You mean the one that put all the responsibility of budget “repair” (to use the right’s BS idiotic term) on the poor, while slapping the rich around the head with a wet lettuce leaf for appearances’ sake?

The immediate and total rejection of that disgusting attempt at broad scale dishonesty is the last great act of which all Australians can be proud.

The reaction to that budget was heartening confirmation that a lot of Australians still know an out-and-out con job when they see one.

Did that scare him off doing what he thought was the right thing? Hasn't he got any principles?

Lol @ people STILL trying to sell the myth of the 2014 budget.

Abbott spent like a drunken sailor and then made some insignificant cuts to those in most need, and the morons bought it. Even if he had have gotten all those cuts through, we'd still be in the same position.

At least labor had something to show for their half of the debt.

Not letting unemployed under 30s get welfare must've seemed brilliant... except they forgot under 30s have parents who'd be getting hit up.

Tosh. It was confirmation that vast numbers of people refuse to pay for a service that they should pay for in and would rather bludge off others.
I don’t think a small fee to see the doctor was the problem.
