Fairly harsh, second game at CHF, he still had 5 shots on goal on Friday night.

His kicking was average, which has been a strength this year.


Although it's pointless really, North have shown this year they are a far better young side than either of Richmond or Melbourne, and most in this thread don't rate any of our players

Hansen is a better footballer than Jack Reiwoldt.

By a comfortable margin.

In a half decent side Jack Reiwoldt would be the 2nd or 3rd key forward and getting 10-30% of the feed.

Played decoy for Thomas in the first half and I have no problems with that. Then stayed at home in the second half, took some nice grabs and had 5 shots on goal. However, 0.2 is a shocking return for 5 shots and he has now kicked 2.5 from 10 shots on goal in his last 2 matches. Nowhere near good enough for a bloke that Brad Scott claims never misses at training.

I'll just put it down to a confidence thing from playing a new position. He will clunk 10 marks and bag 5 goals very soon and then he will be off and running.

For someone accusing Riewoldt of only ever being a 2nd or 3rd tall forward but Hansen being a number 1 power forward how can you be happy with him playing foil to Thomas? Unless he isn't all that?

firstly, why are norths supporters backing brad roo?? Riewoldt is a heap better than Hansen as a KPF and even if we were comparing them too their respective positions JR = CHF and LH = CHB, Riewoldt would still be better.... as shown by him LEADING THE COLEMAN MEDAL

The kid is leading the coleman champ in the bottom side. You can pretend Hansen is going to come good in your own mind but the fact is Riewoldt is averaging 6 per game over the last 5 weeks, kicked 10 goals today, which isn't something your average joe pulls out and is leading the Coleman.

Why is there so much emphasis on half a year or whatever it was?

Reality is it isn't like we have an average age of 25. I'd imagine our team will be younger again next year considering we'll lose one or both of Bruce/McDonald.
