There’s no “quick fix” for your list. Lachie would be invaluable in terms of leadership surrounding preparation and it’s relationship with elite performance. You don’t have to have use him in your ‘how to not trigger a divorce’ training. But in terms of elite footballing, he’ll be cheapish and maybe available.
