You have to remember she is out of her real prime, Tess would be mid 30's and has had a kid...

A lot of women (and men) don't age well after their mid twenties (or after 21)...

I'm not sure about your age, but the previous picture you posted shows young girls, probably between the ages of 18 to 21. It looks like a group of Mormon missionaries, too, as they typically conduct missionary work around that age range of 18 to 21.
