His old man was just like Cross in that regard. Not te most skilled but they'd throw themselves onto a grenade if their coach asked them too.

Think he took the number 10 from Michael Egan, a tough as nails back pocket.

Would have thought a bit more skilled than Crossy, but really got the most out of himself.

Young Lachie could be the bargain of the decade, a real f/s bargain before the new rules came in

Also weights his handballs very well. You rarely see him handball, and the player has to stop and wait for the ball. Every time I go to see him play, that always sticks in my mind.

That's the sign of a really good footballer, in my opinion.

I'm kind of seeing Higgins Mk II left foot edition. But in a good way. Higgins as a junior was pretty senstational, other things stunted that a bit but he is still a good player. Hunter hopefully will develop into even more of a player, but to be honest, if he gets to Higgins level, then he's done well.

Spot on i wish the kid the best and hope he turns into a Pendles but if we had to settle for a Higgins with a 3rd rounder i would be stoked. Now i just hope we can get O'Rourke/Mayes/Menzel (or Clurey/Membrey/Vlastuin)

Looks skinnier than he is. 4kg heavier than Macrae last time I checked, despite being 7cm shorter.

180cm from memory. So a couple of cm's bigger.

Yeah we are, and Tutt too if he makes a spot in the team his. I think thats enough IMO and unless we are drafting a specialist small forward I probably wouldn't want too many more in the team.
