Amazing how everyone has tipped Geelong to hold their form when history suggests that the team heading the ladder now rarely goes on to take the bikkies. Not saying that Geelong will definitely head south, but why does everyone assume that the season will more or less proceed with the same formlines that exist now?

Well it is almost impossible to predict the ladder and it is easier to basu your predicitons on currnet form rather then what their form might be, as no one really knows how a team will go with form/injuries by the end of the year.

Just did all the results as I saw them. Only one I changed was Dogs vs West Coast. Essendon miss out with 13 wins

We'll finish above Hawthorn, no doubt.

It'll be touch and go, you guys do have a decent draw - in terms of not traveling, but you still have to play Geelong, Sydney and Adelaide (which I think you will win 1-2 of)

The Hawks also have a cushy draw as well with genuinely difficult games vs. W Bulldogs and Sydney to finish the season. It may well come down to superior percentage.

Both sides should finish with 14-15 wins...

That's without really thinking about it too much. Probably wrong because I think the Roos will get there, but the 8 sides I have above them could make it too, reality is this year 1 or 2 teams are going to be very stiff.

Do think the Saints will make a late charge, but come up short and that Essendon will have a bad month and pick it up late but fall short.

From a Collingwood perspective, whether we lose a 'winnable' game or not I can only see us dropping two games. Essendon looms as a danger game, as per usual, but we should beat them - with R. Shaw, Presti and Buckley returning from injury - because we are a better side than them.
