Played for Box Hill today against the Burgers and had young Richmond player Dean Polo absolutley humiliate him.

Franklin was eventually dragged after only 6 possessions and giving away 10 centimetres in height to Dean Polo who was BOG.

Tigers find another talented young kid (watch out for him to debut in the next month or so) while the Hawks uncover, yet another dud:thumbsu:

Polo is just another dud who can't kick the football, basically another Chaffey.

Even duds have a good day once a blue moon.

Franklin >>>>>>>>>>>>> Tambling > Polo

I know it hurts.

You are right about him getting a bath by Polo, I listened to the game. Lance just didnt cut it today.
As for your call about duds, Win some more games, then perhaps your opinion about other teams may carry some weight. ;)

If my teams performance actually had anything at all to do with Duddy Franklin, I might've heeded your advice. But seeing there is no correlation, I wont.

Both were drafted at the same time, Buddy played seniors last year while Polo played for teh Burger 2s. Now Franklin is heading south fast (How many divisions in the VFA these days.. is there a 3rds or 4ths?) and Polo is heading towards what will no doubt be another impressive debut from one of the Tigers very talented group of kids.

Any non Richmond / Hawthorn supporter only please respond.
Franklin will be a better player than Marco Pollo.
Dice man, your contribution on this forum is always pathetic. Starting a thread about an 18 year old kid in his first year who has a bad game. Why?? What are you? A battling 30+ year old who wishes he could play the game and who's team has won about as many games in the last 20 years as Hawthorn has won premierships. You battle!

There must be plenty wrong with him if he can't crack the Richmond 22, plenty of duds in that side.

He is a terrible kick of the football, at best Polo will make it as a tagger.

Franklins proved it on the big scene already, something Tambling or Polo is yet to do and most likely will never do.

I agree Polo played very well today and beat Franklin, however get your facts right. Franklin had about 14 possessions and kicked a goal. It was one of those days today for Franklin where the ball didn't go his way. Delivery to him wasn't to good.

Don't forget it's his second week back from an ankle injury and may still need some more time to get back into fitness.

Overall well done to Polo he looks promising for the Tigers however I wouldn't right of Buddy just yet. It was just one of those days.

Premature ejaculation board. The guy played one decent game in the 2's and you are jacking all over it?? give it time mate, there are plenty of good VFL players who are crap at AFL.None should know that better than richmond... aye? :)

If I was Diceman i'd be obsessed with Hawthorn also.

2004 draft.

1. Deledio- Gun.

4. Tambling -Dud

12. Meyer. Soft reviever, average at best.

16.Pattison. immobile slow kpp/ruckman. dud.

20. Polo. shocking kick of the footy, will make it as a tagger at best.

Thats a score of 1 out of 5, You've done really well. :)

Didnt realise Franklin had been injured, so I will cut him some slack and start calling him Buddy again.

Thank you for actually bringing something into this thread.:thumbsu:
