point 1- if richo kicked 5 points in the first quarter, he would have cracked the sh1ts, grabbed his footy and gone home. buddy worked his arse off for the day trying to work it out. he set up a few goals, contested hard and never gave up on it.

2- face facts, he kicked like sh1t, but you would all love him in your team!!!

I love him. Far from having the yips, no matter what he keeps on wanting the footy, wanting a chance to atone.

Of course I'd prefer him to kick straighter sometimes but really Buddy is just Buddy. Amazing fun to watch.

So he's the ... 4th worst kicker ever? Good stuff. Very strange stuff. He can kick 8.2 some weeks and then kick 2.5, 2.11, 1.6 other weeks. As you say, great fun to watch and if he gets the kicking right, he'd be one of the best out there.

13 scoring shots, 4 less then the Bulldogs. If it had been 11.2 he would have beaten the Dogs off his own boot.

Cloke had the yips in front of goal but he has started to turn that around, i am sure Buddy will do the same thing, he is still young, as is Cloke and they will both become excellent forwards for their clubs

Has really poor technique i think, combined with his tendency to have shots from 45 degree angles, plus goes for goals when some others would pass it.

All these things combined dont help his accuracy. I dont think its purely a 'yips' thing though.

although as bad as Richo can be he never kicked 11 points in a game b4.

I Franklin could have as good as a carrer as Richi I am sure he would be happy. Richo may not be perfect but he has been one of the best players in the AFL for 10 years.

What buddy can learn form Richo is work ethic.
