What you don't get is that Cockburn is THE scenic and historic destination of Perth. Plus it is the vibrant entertainment and arts centre for the whole state.
What young person would not want to head there as soon as they could? Hell, I wish was young enough to enjoy the sophisticated cosmopolitan ambience of Cockburn.
Nothing is certain in football, but signing a contract for some good coin is as close as it gets!
