My windows 10 laptop was working fine one minute, loaded up fanfooty scores, kayo for blues vs saints then I lost connection, things were starting to play up, the screen went light blue, had some type of error msg saying we have run into problems so restarting.

After it rebooted I simply can't even search for my wifi network, or any wifi network. Any trouble shooting just says plug in an Ethernet cable or the cable is damaged.

It is a pretty much a new lap top. I've had it for less than 6 months.

so other devices, say a mobile, tablet...whatever are they working fine with your wi fi ?

Always check if your isp are doing upgrades in your area, they're suppose to warn beforehand but some isp's don't.

Right click windows start button -> Device manager

You will see a list of drivers for your device. Is a wifi driver present at all? If it is there, is there an icon next to it indicating a issue?
