Could it be the league is just a tad homophobic?

A couple of contradictions here that I have highlighted

He also mentioned that the talent scouts and various administrators from all clubs generally get together at the end of every year for a meeting. He said he was asked by one of the AFC hierachy as to why he hadn't warned them about LA when he knew what he was like. His reply was that he assumed they knew because it was very well known amongst the talent scouts and that each club is responsible for their own research.

Not blaming the coach just stating the facts, there were problems with him at the Dandenong Stingrays, the AFC knew this and it was Ayres who wanted Angwin at the club becuase he had a alot of talent and potential(lets be honest Angwin can play) and Ayres thought he could straighten Angwin out, in the end knowone could and the AFC and the CFC(not as badly) lost out, It was reported in the Herald Sun after he was sacked from Carlton

The first quote suggests no-one at the Crows new about Angwin's history.

The second quote suggests everyone knew.

Too many contradictions for me.

I'm not having a go at those who have passed on what they've heard, but these stories seem very dubious.

No one has heard the last from sh1tboy.
he will be back in the afl within 2 years, and will proberbly be a very good contributor for that team.

My guess is brisbane 2006

Heard tonight he is lining up with an amateur team this weekend.
Apparently has been watching Carlton games, by sitting in with the Carlton cheer sqaud.

Mark Harvey was quite definite that an AFL team would pick Angwin up if he could demonstrate 1-2 years of good behaviour.

Correct, but you're wasting your breath on those that prefer not to believe you, but think they know better, without any justification.

I have an opinion which I have justified.

Given what has been said since then, I am far less sure of that view.

Just what you say I would LIKE not be true, that's for sure.

As you both are only internet personas I can disregard you!!

:D ;)
