Last night's coverage weirdness

What was with channel 9's broadcast last night?
At one point they showed a sequence twice in a row (from centre bounce to Melbourne goal). Another time they cut to an ad break with Scott Thompson lining up for goal only to come back with Hentschel kicking a goal in the square?
What were they doing?
Did anyone else see this?

Yes, it was sh|t. The Nathan Jones goal was played twice.

7 and 10 will be much better.

Yeh i did notice that. Melbourne kicked 2 quick goals, they went to an ad, then James Brayshaw was saying exactly the same thing as he did b4, and i was thinking. "Dude you just said that", but then they kicked exactly the same goal.

Then later on Thompson was lining up, they went to an ad b4 he was meant to kick the ball, then came back with a replay of a quick snap in the goalsquare by Jericho. Very very weird.

Yeah, we got to view the same Jones' goal twice (mentioned to girlfriend who was convinced it did actually happen twice) & miss a Thompson's shot then the setup for Jericho's goal. Someone at Ch9 may be out of a job...

The coverage was excellent up here in Pirie. Maybe it was editted by the time we got it....but it was live.

One weird thing I picked up on was Denis Cometti being stuck for words when the cat came onto the ground... I was waiting for one of his pealers but it didint happen.
