Is there some sort of app or twitter feed that pushes notifications direct to phone for late outs? Don't want to be caught out in my Draft league this year.

So far, I've followed Doctor Supercoach on Twitter and pushed notifications. But even then, theres a lot of tweets I don't really need to see.

I use notifications on tweets by @The_AFL_Report. They don't go stupid with the tweets so it's not too bad - you get late changes, quarter time updates, teams and only occasionally other stuff.

There's an app called Afl - footy alerts on the google play store which was good last year. I have only just put it back on my phone so can't comment about this year. I think it pulls team changes from tweets or something
