Who knows... But I'll never forget the day I was sitting a couple of rows from David Hale (while playing for North) when he got a super late call-up (which literally consisted of a team manager running up the aisles calling out to him). I can assure everyone there were no shenanigans that day because he looked super pi$$ed that he wouldn't get to finish the pie he was half-way through. From memory, it was so late, he didn't come on the ground until the 2nd qtr.
