Not sure they should be allowed to do this. Why make clubs name their ‘final teams’ if they’re not final? If you lose a player one second into the game you can’t bring in somebody else. Not saying the Pendlebury situation isn’t legit, but it’s open to exploitation by clubs.

A few years back Port made a late change in a game at Gold Coast when our emergency (Aaron Young) was already in a taxi to the airport. Didn't even arrive back at the stadium until 10 minutes into the first quarter.
