Top 4 contender easy. You studied pretty well to piece that team together with 7 first rnd draft picks to come in ;)

Rode my luck a bit also

Launceston would like to announce their leadership group for season 2012

Captain: Matthew Boyd
A proven performer, Boyd captained Launceston in the VFLTM competition this season, to great effect, averaging 116 points per match. With the Plovers expected to have so many young players, having a leader of the calibre of Boyd at the helm will no doubt go a long way to seeing Launceston go deep into August action

Vice-Captain: Gary Ablett
Arguably the competition's premier player, Ablett found his way to the Plovers this off-season as an uncontracted player signing. Ablett is a player who seems to let his actions do the talking, as a 2011 average of over 111 suggests. Alongside skipper Boyd, Ablett will be apart of the most formidable 1-2 punch at centre bounces this year

Leadership Group Members
Joel Corey
Corey was appointed to Launceston somewhat controversally as a veteran, although having never been on the Plovers list. Corey is an extremely versatile wingman, and it is believed that, as well as being a great on-field leader, Corey will also take the role of coach of the Plovers development side, the Swoopers

Shannon Hurn
The South Australian with the booming right boot, Hurn has been recruited to Launceston as a vital cog of the back six. With zones and presses becoming a major part of the modern game, all teams are looking for a player who forces that zone to be spread wider. There is no better exponent of this than Hurn, and especially so in the wide open spaces of Aurora Stadium. Adding to a wealth of experience, Hurn has become a much more prolific ball-winner, averaging 74 points per game in 2011

Matthew Kreuzer
A developing key position prospect, Kreuzer was much sort after by Mark Larson as a player for the future, and when a trade was able to be made with the St Kilda Titans, Larson had no troubles facilitating a deal to get Kreuzer to the south island. After an horrific knee injury ruined Kreuzer's 2010, the big man hit back with a vengeance in 2011, with a 24 touch, 7 tackle, 2 goal starring performance in his 2nd game back. Kreuzer is viewed as a projected future Plovers captain and franchise player for years to come

Launceston set for draft

Rumours out of Aurora Stadium tonight are that the Plovers are satisfied with their list to this stage and are very unlikely to be involved in further trades

Mark Larson had this to say when reporters caught up with him walking his dog along the North Esk River

"Piss off! Get 'em, Harvey!"

Much earlier, at a pre-season training session, he had this to say

"Definitely very happy with the list we have built, maybe with the exception of another power forward, which we will look to rectify in the national draft, so unless a deal comes along that knocks my socks off, we'll be heading into November 26 with 7 first round draft picks"

Larson was quoted as saying there may be room in the cap for one more uncontracted player signing, but that list spot may also be held over until the Pre-Season Draft
