I think going back to Murph or installing Simmo as co-captain would be a bad move psychologically for the team. We are looking forward to the future and our young gu
ys are our future. Its better for the youth to understand the need for them to collectively step up and seize opportunity rather than look back to the future.

If Doc steps down I'm sure he won't be replaced with onother co-captain,
Crippa will do it on his own imo !
The only reason we have the 2 skippers is no one could split them imo..
Won't make any difference to any one if Doc stays on as co-skipper imo.
