Leadership Group for 2007

Just been thinking about it, presuming that Buckley is allowed to stand down this is my leadership group for next year:
Captain - Josh Fraser
Would have gone for Clement but he only has 2-3 years left in him and Fraser is probably our most important.
Vice - Captains -
James Clement
Anthony Rocca
Shane O'Bree - Time to elevate O'Bree someone with experience, leadership and I think he would be great.

Josh Fraser already said he didn't want to be captain just yet because he wants to concentrate more on his game.

Buckley would still be captain next year. But the next captain should be James Clement because if you want to get the job done he is the man.

If Buckley will stand down (despite him saying he will, it is not official nor likely to happen), Jimmy for mine. Fraser and Shaw after him though.

Buckley will captain again, but since it may be his last year. Clement might take over and Buckley and him will give an 'apprentice' like Fraser and Shaw some practice together.
