Comfortable win in the end. Nice for Chambers to score with his first touch however poor keeping I must say. Lost his positioning and if he’s in front of the line that ball is saved.

I’m glad Nketiah scored that, would’ve been meme worthy if he missed.

The Man City cup will find a home this season, us and Pool should be favourites
I dont know, I think Leicester and West Ham and Arsenal etc are playing their first teams. We are playing Origi up top and kids like Morton, Bradley, Blair and Gordon. Adrian in goals.

Unless we get Sunderland in the QF's I can see us exiting.

I reckon Spurs/Arsenal/West Ham will probably give it a bigger shake than our clubs and should be favorites for this comp.

Personally not bothered either way if we qualify for the semis as it is 2 extra games during January when AFCON is on and the squad is at its barest.

Under Home Brand Mourinho we need to get Sunderland or Brentford just to be able to get to the next round.
Favourites has a 'u'. None of that uncouth Yankee s**t here, padre
