Just heard on the radio that LeCras has injured his knee at training and will miss the start to the season. F&%K!!
Anyone else heard anything?
I tore my ACL in pre-season last year and another option I was given was a hybrid. Basically both the LARS and the traditional method were done together. The LARS ligament obviously meant a quicker recovery and allowed play whilst the hamstring graft strengthened and eventually took over. Not sure how common it is elsewhere or whether it has been tried before in the AFL...
Big blow to the team's prospects for this year.
Don't understand the obsession to make him into a midfielder. You'd have to say it's a massive fail so far.
At the start of last year I couldn't see us winning a game without him in the team, things have changed since then. Some others will have to step up majorly to get near last year's finish. Impossible to replace one of the top five players in the team.
This what Peter Annear does and he is the surgeon for the Eagles.
Fair enough. As much as we may dislike West Coast we still do not wish anything bad on any opposing teams players so I hope it is not too serious as we would love to see him lining up in the Derby.
