Is it? I would have thought it would be but checking the Foxtel website and my Foxtel guide I cannot see any game on at 9pm (The match is a midday kickoff in England) because of the stupid Rugby Union World Cup. Will there be anywhere where it will be shown or will I have to listen via the net?

The Leeds vs Man U game that is advertised on the Leeds website is a Carling Cup game, so, will not be on TV, cos, the Carling Cup is a load of garbage that no one cares about.

The league game this Saturday, you fool, not the Carling Cup.

BTW, I care about the CC. It might be our only chance to get back into Europe next season!

I always like a good laugh in the morning. :D

I'd be looking at the fair play league if I were you.

I've done a little research (ie. checked if it was on Sky in the motherland) and it seems it isn't which means there is nowt chance of it been shown here pretty much. Is however been shown in the land of the ignorant so I still have some hope.

In my mind we've only been in Europe once in the last 5 years, UEFA Cup doesn't mean a thing now.

foxsports and sbs are both reporting that they will show arsenal v chelsea at 2355 saturday. i imagine that sbs is correct and that fox will show something else. espn have a SPL game, although yourtv.com.au ain't saying what that is.

Regardless of whether if it was a Worhtingtin cup tie or an regular EPL game, I'm a passionated Leeds united fan, and even I would be embarrased if both games started at the regular kick off in England and SBS showed our game instead of Arsenal Chelsea.
Those two teams will finish 1-2 in the EPL IMO and it's a mouth watering contest. Could decide the eventual champions at season's end (no Disrespect to Man U but they haven't got the class of Chelsea or the firepower of Arsenal)

it's disappointing enough that as with any sport, we have to watch what the broadcasters put on. what's even more disappointing is when they choose to show the exact same thing.

Fox Sports 2 - Arsenal v Chelsea
SBS - Arsenal v Chelsea

ridiculous. i look forward to the day of customer pull rather than network push, if you know what i mean..

Listened to the match on BBC 5 Live Sports Extra via the web.

Not exactly the most enthralling match. United created more openings, but that didnt amount to a lot. Ronaldo and Fletcher operating both wings tried hard but probably too inexperienced at this point.

Ronaldo was clealry fouled in the box by all acounts early in the game, and no penalty given. I wonder if he has already claimed the 'diver' tag.

Dare I say it, the game changed when Diegoal was introduced :D. He played up front with Ruud (finally), and with Fletcher off, Scholes shifted into a free role, and more openings were made.

Keano heads home, United take all the points.

I logged on to the BBC website, but couldnt download any radio broadcast. Do you have to pay for it?
