Eagles choke in GF's. Dogs lucky andlost too many. Wharfies to old and slow and will finnish bottom. Sturt no tough forwards and lost too many. Glenelg have not improved even with their 253 new players. West still hamstrung by Thomas. South look to be crap. North - yeah right!

Norwood choke in GF'S against the might of the eags - by around 80 points. remember '93.
 
Yes but we have won a Premiership since. You have been beaten by the Wharfies and the Ferals.
 
you fluked a win over ethelton when they had already won a hatrick of flags from 94-96. Not exactly when they were trying too hard.

When it counted in 99 ethelton beat norwood as usual. This added another thing that ethelton have over norwood besides their premiership count and their AFL licence.

Yes James old chap, after beating those horrible people from that part of town in the first game and our great win on Friday night we can engrave the cup. Our performances over the last two weeks have been outstanding and no other team in the competition has the game plan to match ours, plus we have the toughest ruckman in the comp with Yuerbrey.
Lets hope young Nathan plays one more game to qualify, Morton & Smith are great pick ups.
James, I will see you at the rowing club.
 
Ronald - When did you get back from Europe? Just in time to see the Legs dominate this season. We have encouraged some excellent recruits to our fine club and evidence is already visible. Have you a new cell phone as I can't get you on the number I have.
Saw Prudence at the Crows game last saturday she didn't mention that you had returned. She was there with her 2 *** friends, Andrew and Wayne. Quite nice chaps. Winery investment going well. Bought a new BMW with the interim dividend.

I always look forward with such glee to get dressed up to the nines to attend the grand home matches at the parade. Are you gents playing rugger this weekend, my ski trip has left me a little jaded. The riding club have now finished their upgrade, simply spiffing if I may say.

Shame Margaret Shame. There is no way we would lose to those pussy Eagles. Look at how they folded against those Elizabeth thugs last year. We are a lot tougher than Central and will besmurch the Eagles. Given up rugger this season and will be doing the equestrian circuit. Heard you crashed your Dad's merc. were you injured ? Hope not. Have your been caught by the latest computer virus. I am told it is named the Hackett Virus and has wiped out entire business systems. I will email you information.
 
Europe was smashing James although the five star accomodation is nowhere near the standard in Australia. Bought some lovely souveniors, the gold card has taken a hammering.
Daddy made a killing on the stock market last week so he has bought me a new car, a Landrover. Its fantastic around the city. Caught up with Prudence the other night at the Polo club she had her two camp friends Wayne & Andrew with her. That Andrew is an awful chap, so common. The public school system has a lot to answer for. What about Prudence's new boyfriend Brenton though, he's discusting, the type of chap that would hang aroung "grab a granny's" at the Grand on a Friday night. He needs to see a good dietician.
Anyway, lets talk football, what do you think about the Legs so far. Yuerbrey & Clements must be the hardest men in the competition and we have a game plan to die for. We are certainties old chap, certainties

Ronald - yes Legs looking very good. No team would have as many tough or skillful players.

Goober - Surely we wouldn't have a common person amongst our elite membership.
Margaret & James, good to catch up with you at Prudence's party, smashing time. Good of her to book out Ayres House like that. See those horrible people from the Port won and are top, won't last long as the Norwood Dynasty will commence this year.

Agree Ronald. Legs will be too strong for the Wharfies on Friday. About 80 points I would say. Also enjoyed Prudences party.Like you not sure about that Wayne and Andrew ! Pitty about the Crows on Sunday. I think the umpires cost us this game. We left early to miss the traffic.

smashing site hey old chaps ???

just got back from Nice and splendid as it this time of year I just had to get back to see the legs going well again. Fortunately Father's plane was passing by so I managed to get a ride back with him and Uncle Kevin Gosper.

I am playing again this year for St Peters Old Boys if anyone is interested in coming along....champagne of course after the game and training usually culminates in a stirring rendition of the old school song.

I have some wonderful photo's from the party if anyone is interest....oh the hijinks we got up to.

blah..blah..blah. I hope you're amusing yourself, because no one else could possibly find this tedious monotonous drivel humorous. BTW I'd have thought Sturt fans were far more upmarket than Norwoods. Some Norwood fans have the best mullets I've ever seen.
 
No way you'd see a mullet in the Unley Community Club, security would be right on to that.
