1. Jack Lukosius
2. Izak Rankine
3. Sam Walsh
That is my first tier. In any given year they could all be a viable first pick, so that is what is giving that super draft feeling. A great combination of tall, elite forward/mid and a running machine midfielder. Lovely players that I will enjoy watching for years to come.

1. Jack Lukosius - Stand out pick one for me
2. Sam Walsh - Safe pick and feels like a 200 game midfielder. Showing some inside midfield signs.
3. Izak Rankine - Potential to be the best player from the draft if he ever moves into the midfield
4. Bailey Smith - Quicker than I thought and looks tough and can run all day.
5. Bailey Williams - I really like this kid, my slight bandwagon for a few years now, not jumping off. Ben Brown styled forward/ruck.
6. Ben King - Can play forward or back, I still reserve the right to move him down a little.
7. Max King - Knee recon moved him here, still unsure how to rate tall forwards these days.
8. Nick Blakey - I love elements of his game and reports rank him high, I just need to see him show these elements more often.
9. Luke Valente - My personal favourite midfielder in this draft. I love his inside outside work.
10. Tarryn Thomas - Still reserve the right to move him up or down. I just want him in the guts more often
11. Jackson Hately - Proven midfielder at SANFL level, just missing a little spark in the midfield for me.
12. Curtis Taylor - Just some eye catching moments for me, once again could move down a heap in the future
13. Chayce Jones - Lovely midfielder that seems to have time and makes good decisions.
14. Jacob Kennerley - Another bandwagon of mine, nice outside midfielder.
15. James Rowbottom - Solid midfielder
16. Ian Hill - Has the potential to be very strong, I have a feeling a Richmond styled team structure would suit him perfectly and Sydney styled game not as much. Maybe even the Pies could use him?
17. Xavier Duursma - Like is combination of speed and reminds me a little of Laird.
18 Xavier O'Halloran - I have a feeling given more midfield time in the back half of the season, he could push even higher.
19. Daly Andrews - This kid really stood out for me, speed and linebreaking ability. Helpful in the modern game.
20. Riley Collier Dawkins - Need more viewing, but all reports state he could move a lot higher
21. Jye Caldwell - Injuries but from all reports highly rated, might move a lot higher.
22. Fraser Turner - Loved his work so far and he could move a lot higher on draft night.
23. Conner Rozee - Based purely on output he should go lower, but when he has the ball he looks very smooth. I could easily see him moving into the top 15 with a good second half of the season.
24. Zak Butters - Some great games so far.
25. Laitham Vandermeer - Not sure why he is not getting more press, low output maybe?
26. Rhylee West - Super smart player and I think once he fixes a few errors, he will be a very good player. Probably a small forward for a few years.
27. Ned McHenry - No fuss midfielder that looked solid to me.
28. Tom Berry - Solid
29 Jake Bytel - Could be a rookie or could move up the rankings, not sure what is going on here.
30. Isaac Quaynor - Rebounding defender that takes the game on.

30. Lacklan Ash - Just a gut instinct that he has some tools, really want to see him more.
Ash is 2019.

Thanks for this.

How do you think Williams compares as a forward with the Kings?

Your comments sound a little more reserved than some others. Are you less bullish about the 'superdraft'?

LM good list - did you see Tom Joyce before he got injured and do you have an opinion on him? And Luke English?

Joyce I rate rather highly, probably should be on this list but I've not seen him enough recently.
Luke English does not excite me and I have a feeling he is more a 4th round or maybe rookie list option at the moment. Just nothing that screams AFL and is more foot soldier.

I think you are the first to have Fraser Turner in your rankings :):thumbsu: I hope you are right :rainbow:

Curtis Taylor at 13?....Yikes!....Duursma at 17?....Double yikes.

Rozee won't get past pick 15.

Khamis is Top 20 for mine & Bowman should also be in there.

McLennan also a top 30 pick.

It is a progressive rankings, I will get to watch the VC v VM game this weekend and should be able to adjust a few players with more information.

Taylor - I think he is very exciting and but could be moved depending on more viewing
Duursma - Once again, I think he excites me with his inside outside game

Khamis - I am not as in love with him as yourself it seems, that may change with more viewing
McLennan - Same as above
Bowman - Undersized ruck? meh, they dont often go top 30. I would want to see him move forward and see what he has to offer.

4 Bailey Smith
5 Ben King
6 Max King
7 Nick Blakey
8 Tarryn Thomas
9 Jackson Hately
10 Curtis Taylor

12 Luke Valente - Moved down a little, I may have jumped on an early bandwagon, but he can move up again
13 Chayce Jones
14 Ian Hill
15 Riley Collier Dawkins - Love his size and look, still unsure about his kicking but plenty of POTENTIAL.
16 Xaiver O'Halloran - Potentially a 200 game player that may never be a superstar but will improve the professionalism of your team and could be worth plenty to your club
17 Zak Butters - This kid gets better and better each viewing, makes very smart decisions.
18 Tom McKenzie - Loved his work and kicking looks above average, again another player that could move up a lot more in the rankings, I could see potential top 10 material depending on the back half of the season.
19 Ned McHenry - Defensive pressure is made for this kid, PERFECT for modern day football.
20 Jacob Kennerley
21 Xaiver Duursma - Still love this kid, solid rebounding defender

30 Daley Andrews

Did you watch the VM v VC game, tell me what you think of Taylor now?

Far less pressure than the allies game....Vic Country will be playing off against W/A for the spoon as the bottom 2 sides....I'll wait to see how he goes against the S/A lads.....Proofs in the pudding there for mine.

End of first beginning of second....I had Taylor in my top 10 at the beginning of the year, but see him as more around the 20 mark now.....Duursma a mid-end of second round range.

Liked your top 30, though we disagree on the order, as all people do in these things.

Noteable absentee in Jez McLennan.....Sholl I wouldn't draft at all....And some of the smaller sized mids you have in there I'd take much later, if at all.

Bowman, Koschitzke & O'Reilly have all impressed me as taller types.

I've had Taylor top 15 since the start of the year. Duursma I had 20-30 but now he's top 20 for me too.

Agree with you on all counts bar Bowman, so you're not wrong with some of those assessments/rankings.

Interested to see you don't have Bytel in your top 30. Is he playing injured because I don't think he has been doing that well at TAC either.

I've heard he had an interrupted run to the champions, he could be playing injured. Bytel for me is too hard to rank high without any vision to prove that he is worth it.

Easy Top 30 LM. Reckon he's in around the 16-25 area.

Reckon you've got Rozee pegged about right, especially based upon what I saw on Friday at the Cattery.
