Ahh No I havn't Bondy.Actually EA - you have contradicted yourself here. Melb and WCE would gets PP picks BEFORE 1st round (meaning picks 1-4), whilst Freo, Rich and NM would get picks AFTER 1st round (meaning picks 19-21). So I stand by my original draft order.
1) Does this change your draft selection order ?
2) Assuming Butcher goes 1 and the belief that Lucas and Scully are equally valued (therefore WCE go with home boy) and therefore Scully at 3 - how would WCE next pick go ?
We get between both clubs 1 pick each Meaning Picks 1 & 2 are the priority picks (we dont get 2 priority picks each.
Then it goes to normal order.
ie: 1)Melb, 2) Rich, 3) Freo, 4) WCE, 5)North etc

If this was the ladder at the end of the season we would get picks.
Melbourne PP#1, Westcoast PP#2, Melbourne P#1, Richmond P#2, Fremantle P#3, Westcoast P#4 ect... till Richmond and Fremantle got PP in the second round, That wont happen, Richmond and Fremantle will finnish above us.

I actually hope that Matera is picked up by the Gold Coast as a 17 yr old this year. Spent 2-3 years developing and then we make a play for him just as we are about to peak again

Im not even going to try and pick the kids its hard enough when you know who is at draft camp after testing results and going through tons of highlights!
I dont know if we are only going to win 4 this year... its highly likely that we could win 4 and end up third on the ladder the way Melbourne and Richmond are going. Its tempting to advocate only winning that amount of games this year with the way our form is and the fact we are likely to play allot of kids in the next few games.
If we finish that low Id basically like to see a gun forward and a gun midfielder. Considering Melbourne have Watts they might let slip a good forward to our first round pick, while we pick up a gun midfielder at our priority pick. Our second round pick should be used for a tall or a good small forward.
