Where do we really struggle

B Burns Presti Clement
HB Johno Wakes Maxwell
C Rhyce, Didak, Egan
HF Taz Travis Licka
FRusling Bucks Rocca
R Fraser Holland Davies
In Tarks, Harry, Richards, Rowe

Plenty of Goals, solid defence but gee we struggle unless the kids can stand up in the mid field.

Whilst not everyone's favoritesWe still have kids like C Cloke J Cloke Fanning, Walker (will all get a reaction), Lonie, Cole, Wowey (will all get another reaction) Obree, Morrison Carracella

It's a good side I like it. Yes the kids have to stand up, but if they don't we slot a Caracella, Woey or Morrison in. If you don't play well you don't get a game, pressure to perform is what got us there in 02 & 03.

Have fun trying to get it out of the middle with that bunch.

Heres my line up for 06

B: Obrien/Presti/Swan
HB: BJ/Wakelin/Clement
C: Didak/Lica/Fraser
HF: Taz/Trav/Egan
F: Carrots/Rocca/Bucks
Foll: Richards/Holland/Rhyce
Int: Maxwell, Davies, Burns, Rusling

Im still of the impression that a good centre line needs good quality in and under types at the fall of the ball, with quick skillfull out side players around them. Id also play just the 4 man forward line and play Taz and Egan as a 2nd pair of wingman. It would increase space in the forward line whilst giving more options of feeding a handball out to someone running past.

Marc Murphy would fit in nicely, can get his own ball and recieve just as well. Hard at it in and under midfielder

I have had another look at my team. But we need a Cooney or Embley. There is no stand out midfielder. Delidio, Del Santo we do not want a Danny Roach, Bo Nixon, Luke Mullins or my old favorite Shakelton.

But we need to draft Victorian Kids we also do not want another Nick Davis who the AFL can assist with reloaction expenses.

Bucks, Burnsy, Licka have been a sensation but father time is catching up. What I saw in the last few games suggests that Buicks could play for three more years if he stays in the forward 50. Licka and Burnsy need to fight out the small forward position. Maybe Burnsy could play wing?

I cannot imagine a Collinwood side without the three.

It's hard to really actually do a team until after the National and Pre-Season drafts. We don't know what we will get, even if he have an idea.
