Drug cheats should get a life ban

Some perspective here... the kid tested positive in 2014 to a drug he was given by his doctor for a heart problem. That particular drug is no longer banned. He served a 3 month ban given that he tested positive in-competition, and reduced penalty due to the extenuating circumstances.

Seriously listening to him call Horton's gold medal win was like listening to a guy commentate another guy who got a cup of coffee that day. It was so boring and monotone I was surprised to discover that something had actually happened.

It's still banned, it was just reclassified from stimulant to modulator.
