Newsflash:
We're going alright, ok the loss to Melbourne wasnt ideal but lets be honest it was on the cards, they played out of their skins and we struggled. But lets stop and take stock for a minute, not a bad win-loss count, probably (almost) over our toughest half of the draw for the year and we've had a pretty bad run with injuries. We all know its the form at the september end of the year that counts, are we (unintentionally) doing a Sydney this year? And are Geelong doing an us from last year? Early calls I know but fun to speculate.

Agree completely.

If we learned anything from 97/98 is that premierships are about peaking at the right time of the year as the first 22 weeks are really just a warm up for the real stuff.

I don't think the last 3 weeks have changed too much. At the start of the year we were all worried about our forward line with Ricciuto and Henstchel out. All that has changed since then is Ricciuto is back and Burton, Bode and Perrie are out. It looks as though it will be our achilles heal all year.
