At GWS he had so many picks he could take some risks and not worry if a few didn't work out. We need to nail every pickCan't wait to see how creative we get with these draft picks.
SOS seems to think outside the square a bit and matches players with roles, rather than positions. The jury is still out on Plowman but it was a brave move taking him at three, Pickett and Ahern didn't loom as early selections but he saw something others didn't, Rory Lobb at 28, James Stewart at 36.
He's keen on attacking, versatile players with good skills. The modern game demands a free-flowing, attacking style of play and we've just invested in 3 of these.
