Hey Aquaman, come fishing with us!
That’s the call out from the Port Adelaide Cheer Squad to Jason Momoa, who may well be the biggest actor on the planet at the moment.

Aquaman star Jason Momoa lived in Adelaide and is a Port Adelaide Magpies fan.
The ruggedly handsome Hawaiian, who shot to global fame as Khal Drogo in the TV mega-hit Game of Thrones, actually lived in Adelaide for a number of years while he dated McLeod’s Daughters star Simmone Jade McKinnon and developed a love for the Aussie sense of humour, work ethic – and the PAFC.

All quiet on the Peter Ladhams front...

...far more info on Dean Brogan however:

The full text reads:

Dean Brogan, who joins Chad Cornes as a fourth member of the coaching staff from the club's maiden flag, is also back at Alberton in a part-time ruck role.

So there you are - all the very latest news!

Listened to the latest Lystics AFL podcast on the bus this morning (Part 4 of 6) and they actually rated Port as having the best offseason of any club when taking into account delistings, trades and draft picks.

Just think about that for a second, and this is a Victorian based podcast.

At Port Adelaide, Michael Voss has moved into Nicks' vacated senior assistant post as 2004 premiership players Jarrad Schofield (midfield) and Brett Montgomery (defence) return.

Schofield's first port of call has been to form strong relationships with a midfield group that has been reinvigorated with a fresh voice under the Subiaco triple-premiership boss.

Criticised for a lack of pace at times in 2018, the Power's onball brigade has had the slate wiped clean under Schofield with increased competition for spots, noticeable already internally.

Increased competition for spots ... looks like no gold passes for the midfield .. players under Jarrad have to prove themselves .. :thumbsu:

What's the name of the trophy for the best offseason in the AFL?

I love hearing how our players are training the house down while burning up the track and setting new PBs. It certainly makes the preseason more enjoyable than the regular season. :(
