It’s that every single season at the begonning they say they are trying to find the right, the best mix.
And every single year they stuff around for the whole season trying to get teh best / the right mix without ever working out what it is and never having a settled team.
The chopping and changing just does my ******* head in.

Kingy is a great bloke and very knowledgeable.

He used to work in our high performance team and then went on to be head trainer at Adelaide United before being headhunter by a Japanese soccer team (I think it was).

He is very much a Port man and still close with many in our high performance team.

I think this comment has been taken out of context and is more about allowing each team to do their job without interference rather than minimizing expectations.
