Frost playing allows Reid to intercept, which he is a genius at.

Frost is under rated. He’s tall, strong, fast and mobile. Cannot kick, but that seems to be improving. His ability to control a loose ball impresses me. I think he is an important part of the future of the club. I was ok with him being dropped, sends a good message to go back to the VFL, work hard, and return better for it.
