I completely agree that our forward setup needs to change. I just don’t think Casboult is the answer.

I’m hoping we look at Bailey Williams and Sam Sturt in the draft. A mature body or two would complement them well.

With Kreuger and Ratagolea now on the list I think Levi wont be considered, and apparently hasn't been considered by Geelong, at least publicly.

As much as I’ve been keen on casboult or other key forward options I don’t think this is going to happen. They’ve traded in a much younger Krueger. And there has really been no real linking of geelong to casboult.

The difference is noone wants Casboult as a best 22 player. Just on a low wage and a low pick so we don't burn out SavRat.

Same reason Rohan doesn't bother me. Low draft cost AFL capable depth.
We've tried Murdoch, let's see if we can do better with Rohan.

You mean like jumping on a state league player that may not have otherwise been available? Id say that's proactive yes.

I'd rather Josh Walker back than this guy. If he comes for next to nothing and is on a small wage, I guess there's very little to lose. But I hold no hopes for him actually contributing much.
