Doubt he will debut this year but is likely to promoted at years end. just starting to impact in the Wafl, has silky skills and is reasonably quick.
here are the WAFL reports from the club, which highligt his performances.

summary of Wafl Reports
April 15
Assigned the task of playing on Green, he did a good job and could have kicked three goals. He played strongly defensively and continues to mature
April 21
Lewis played wing, half-forward and through the midfield. He ran hard to be involved in contests, made some good leads, but was not used. Worked hard, but did not exert a big influence on the game.
April 28
Stevenson served notice of his intent early when he applied a solid hip and shoulder on Josh Roberts, forcing the Swans player off the ground. He was running strongly, attacking the contest before another collision saw him hurt his shoulder. He returned to the ground but was clearly in some discomfort.
May 4
Played wing and had nine possessions in the opening term when one of the Tigers’ most prominent players. Was a good outlet on his wing from defence in the first half. Was slightly down in the third quarter, but finished off the game well.
May 11
After shining for the first three quarters on the wing, where his ball skills and ability to carry the ball were a feature, he received a knock to the head and did not complete the game. Stevenson is working his way into some consistent form and is an emerging talent.
May 18
Strong at the football and efficient with his ball use, Stevenson was a good player for the Tigers. He played on a wing, as well as half-back and forward, demonstrating his ability to adapt to various roles
June 2
Battled against a quality opposition through the midfield, but he did kick a long goal on the run late in the game.
June 9
After a slow start, Stevenson was part of a midfield effort which turned the game in Claremont’s favour. He ran hard, took some good ground level balls and used it extremely well to be one of the most damaging players on the ground.
July 6
Played on a wing and had a good contest with Malseed. He put his body in the contests and laid some strong tackles. He ran hard forward and kicked a good running goal, with a bounce, from about 50 metres.

yeh ive seen in the sunday times superfooty that he has been named in claremonts best!
so maybe a good future prospect for the eagles??

He certainly has some attractive AFL attributes (pace, hard running, DM and footskills) and his style fits in with our current needs (quick ball carriers and high quality ball users), however he needs to improve his strength in contests and get more of the footy (averaging 16.7d per game with only 2 games >20d so far) - with his attributes he should be having more influence on WAFL games.

I don't think he has done enough to be upgraded to the senior list yet, but I would certainly retain him on our rookie list if possible (?).

Has lovely footskills if your a foward you would love to be on the end of his passes.

Needs to get the pill a bit more, runs well foward and back and is good defensively.

As TBU said needs to get stronger so he can break/ stand up in tackles.

He is a terrific size, and is a silky mover so just needs to keep improving.

Inspired rookie pick.

He's like one of those blokes that'll just explode in the WAFL at the age of 21 or so and has everyone asking, "how was this guy not drafted??" Except this time, he has been :thumbsu:

It is far easier to take a guy with pace and good disposal to start with and develop a decent tank in him and teach him how to get more of the footy than it is to take a guy who already has a big tank and gets loads of footy how to kick it properly and make him faster. The eagles won't let this bloke slip through the cracks if his disposal is as good as everyone says, especially since our disposal is amongst if not the worst in the whole comp at the moment. We are crying out for midfielders who can do damage with their disposal.

Have always loved the way he's moved and used the ball. The issue was his ability to win the ball and willingness to 'go' when required. He has improved insanely over the past 2 months in terms of match play and his body has really developed into a very good frame. Definitely worth taking around again, not sure about promotion but I wouldnt be adverse to it. If he continues to play like he has, its not to be ruled out.

He's exactly the type of player we need. Quick, runs with it and has lovely skills. I hope we invest alot of time into him because 'its' all there for mine. Fingers crossed. He will make it if he wants it.

I'd agree with this. Last year watching him play he didn't show much when I saw him and I questioned the selection, although wasn't too fussed because it was a rookie list selection and he was obviously a project but he just seemed vanilla. Definitely changed my mind on him now and he's been very impressive when I've seen him this year.
